• If I only do wholesale loans am I exempt from this part of the regulation?

  The regulation covers only rates provided to the public. However, if you have personnel who provide rates over the telephone to consumers, they must disclose an APR. A number of organizations will publish their wholesale rate sheet with APRs just to guarantee that the information was appropriately available.

• How long does it take to get my results back?

  The system is fast. Depending on the amount of data, you should have the results back in less time than it took to read this question and answer.

• I am not a programmer; how hard is it to set this up?

• To get our programmer to look at this will take months. Can you program this for us?
